In Utero Sales Program

Charleston Park has created a new program to help clients get started with a warmblood performance horse, named the In Utero Sales Program.

This program is designed to help the newcomer become involved at the top with one of our quality mares bred to our imported stallion, SOS.

Your investment is modest, 100% tax deductible, fixed and insured.

·	Charleston Park will lease you a pregnant mare.
·	A one-time fee is paid to cover all costs, to include board and care, medical expenses and insurance on the

mare.

·	Insurance is purchased on the mare and, in the unlikely event we should lose the mare before your baby is

born, you get your full investment back.

·	When the baby is born, it’s yours to keep or sell.

Benefits for you

·	You get a foal by our coloured warmblood stallion out of a mare chosen from our exclusive broodmare herd

at a fraction of the cost of purchasing one of our foals.

·	The fees are fixed. There are no hidden costs or surprises.
·	Risk is reduced by insurance.
·	The fees are 100% tax deductible.
·	Horse involvement. You decide how active you want to be. If you choose active involvement, you, your

family and friends are welcome to visit your mare on the farm.

Bookings must be made in advance. We suggest you contact us at the end of the foaling season so you can view all the mare's foals at foot and then choose a mare that you would like and we will breed them for the next season.

All foals booked through our In Utero Sales program, can be registered with the AWHA and/or ACE under their strict guidelines.
